Scutellaria scandens Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don, Prodr. Fl. Nep. 110. 1825.
A scrambling herb with retrorse hairs, ovate cordate petiolate leaves with serrate margins covered with broad based hairs, greenish yellow flowers marked with purple, corolla longer than 2 cm and tuberculate nutlets.

….. but the images no- 0744, 45, 46, 47 sent on the date 31.3.2017 may be a different plant (leaves are petiolate in them and inflorescence is elongated, these seems closer to any Scutellaria).
