As per eFI thread:
This can be easily identified by the bulbils produced towards the tip of the inflorescence and longer lateral staminodes almost equal to labellum.
.

Slender plants, usually under 1m. Infl. terminal (very rarely on a leafless shoot). Bracts remote. Flowers borne in cincinni, often repalced by bulbils. Bracteoles open to base. Corolla tube slender, well exerted, dorsal petal sometimes hooded. Lateral staminodes attached to corolla tube at same level as petals, petal-like. Lip connate to filament in a slender tube c.1cm above staminodes, auriculate at base, free part usually bilobed or emarginate. Filament long, slender, with inflexed edges, strongly curved in upper part, style often becoming separated and forming a ‘bow-strong’ across curvature; anther small with parallel thecae each of which may bear 1 or 2 lateral appendages (not in Bhutanese species); crest not or hardly produced. Ovary unilocular with parietal palcentation. Fruit a small, dehiscent capsule.

Globba species

Globba ophioglossa

Globba sessiliflora Sims and its syn: Globba ophioglossa Wight.
is not listed in Nepal and looks like not matching with the images
in the Net.

Please send the images again so that I can go through again. If possible send an image of lateral staminode or flower with lateral view . is is an important factor for species delimitation in this complex.

According to the keys there are no bulbils at the top of the  inflorescence in racemosa and clarkei has many bulbils. This is what Dr. Maan Rokaya also said. Based on this most of my posts except for a few looks like clarkei !

Globba racemosa.
