I was on a week pilgrimage trip to the Pathibhara Mata shrine situated at 13000 ft at the east boarder of Nepal. The trail was covered by different species of Rhododendron which bloomed up to lower belt 11000 ft. plus and yet to bloom above that.
The shrine is equivalent to the Vaishno Devi Mata and many people from West Bengal and northern India pay homage to the Goddess Durga.
