Altitude: 3321 meters asl Cicer microphyllum is a much distinct plant with toothed leaflets This appears to be the Vicia rigidula uploaded by me and … from Chakrata road I guess Vicia rigidula is correct according to POWO and GBIF.

To me flowers look different as per GBIF specimens- one, two and three … plant from Chakrata was identified as Vicia bakeri, but flowers look different.
More close to flower images at Vicia tenuifolia
But difficult to confirm with the poor posted image.
