Must be a species of Veronica genus in Scrophulariaceae. Petals have fallen.
Check in eFI- /species/m—z/p/plantaginaceae/veronica

I guess it is some Lamiaceae!

Most likely Veronica lanosa.

Yes, …, you are absolutely right. It should be V. deltigera Wall ex Benth.

Certainly a Veronica species (Scrophulariaceae).
