I think a similar plant was identified earlier. Not able to recollect it now.
Maybe yes but without close up of flowers (whether 4-merous or 5-merous) difficult to say.
Can you post a clear image showing the flowers?
There is a possibility of Terminalia also.
I am not finding a match as per comparative images at Combretum
What are the keys?
Or is it some other genus or family?
After checking all the species, I think Combretum roxburghii Spreng., is a close possibility as per GBIF specimen- one.
