Leaves 1-2 pinnate or trifoliate; petioles ca. 4-10 cm long; lamina ca. 1.5-3 x 0.6-1.5 cm, elliptic-lanceolate or rhomboid, truncate or acute at base, acute at apex, serrate-lobed along margins. Flowers white, ca. 0.2 cm across; umbells terminal or leaf-opposed, compound; peduncles ca. 2-25cm long; rays 8-20, ca. 1.2-3.5 cm long; pedicels 10-25, ca. 0.2-0.8 cm, long; bracteoles subulate, ca. 0.2-0.4 cm; petals obovate, ca. 1.5 x 0.5 mm, obtuse; filaments ca. 0.3 cm long, filiform. I have gone through the description in both Flora of China & Flora of Pakistan and satisfied about this id now.
Appears to be some Seseli species.
Elevation does not match with any of three and also image does not look like matching.
