Yes, appears so.

Appears to be some Seseli species.
Two species listed in Nepal are Seseli indicum Wight & Arn. syn. of Seseli diffusum (Roxb. ex Sm.) Santapau & Wagh (India (Plains of India), S-Nepal, Pakistan (I), Myanmar [Burma] )
Seseli trilobum (Edgew.) C. B. Clarke syn. of Seseli nudum (Lindl.) M. G. Pimenov & E. V. Kljuykov (SW-Tibet, NW-India (W-Himalaya), Jammu & Kashmir (Zanskar), W-Nepal, Pakistan (Chitral))

While taking a bity of rest lying down, I got this idea about your unidentified Apiaceae species and about Seseli, Oenanthe and Selinum species.
So finally it is Oenanthe javanica as per images, details and references herein.
I have gone through the description in both Flora of China  & Flora of Pakistan and satisfied about this id now.

Attaching a collage of Oenanthe stolonifera (WATER PARSELY/ WATER DROPWORT)

Can this also be Oenanthe linearis as per FOI ?

I think looks different from image of Oenanthe linearis as per FOI

Looks different! Elevation, date, location ? Separate images instead of collage would have been better.

Thank you … Noted for action.

Saw this Apiaceae member along the Govindghat – Ghangaria trail, Uttarakhand in Aug 2018.
Requested to please provide ID.

Tried but failed to match any species as per comparative images at Apiaceae

Any idea about the genus?

Pl. check Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC.

The leaves look different from the ones in the efi pics. Also, leaves are trifoliate.
Can this be something else?

Thanks, …, It is a highly variable plant as far as leaves are concerned as I found it has around 3500 observations in GBIF. Pl. check variability in efi site also at Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC.
Also see FOP illustration in this regard.
I think id is OK.

(020509SCS5-7) ID request – wild plant from Sonepat, Haryana : 7 posts by 3 authors. Attachments (3)

While flora-watching (I have borrowed this term from …), and I can assure you that this is as much rewarding as is birdwatching, yesterday in Sonepat, Haryana, I came across quite a few plants which I am not able to ID yet.
This one was growing adjacent to an irrigation channel towards the shady area.
ID help requested please.

Some Pimpinella species from Apiaceae?

Thank you …, It looks like Pimpinella saxifraga at link

Leaves are different.
See the illustration at Botanical

I also came across such a plant in Hisar, Haryana. I think it is
Cicuta virosa
Ref: FOI

Thanks, …
Links for Cicuta virosa: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cicuta_virosa (Wikipedia link),
Link (pictures).

It looks close to images, references and details at Oenanthe javanica
Looks different from Cicuta virosa as per

I guess you are right …!

Looks like POWO illustration is different. POWO

Being low resolution, it is difficult to see whether it has been correctly connected and named.

Thanks, …, I am also not convinced with this id.

Also looks different from high resolution specimens at

https://www.gbif.org/species/3631588

I think this may be Oenanthe javanica (variable species as far as leaves are concerned as can be seen from GBIF). This is also reported from South India as per
