I could not find any other match.
I think it should be Tetrastigma rumicispermum with turbinate fruits as per keys at Online flora of Nepal and MNHN specimen. I guess you are correct …!

Fruits are different. Yes, that is the issue. Leaves match. Maybe some deformity in fruits. By the way this is definitely not rumicispermum since the sems are not matching.
