They have been sent by a friend from Rajpipla in Gujarat.
The leaves look like those of Gmelina arborea to me.
Would appreciate expert opinion. Yes it’s Please identified the attached photograph of tree species recorded from Dibang Valley district, Arunachal Pradesh.

This species were recorded at subtropical rain forest and an Elevation range of 400-800 masl. Is it Macaranga peltata ? Any chance Gmelina The image shared matches with Macaranga species .
