I am not completely certain but I think this is Strobilanthes sinuata J.R.I. Wood (= Hemigraphis repanda (l.) Hallier f.). Strobilanthes sinuata J.R.I.Wood : 3 posts by 2 authors. Attachments (4)- around 400 kb each.

Close up of the flower is also attached. For me the ID is correct. In fact this is a rare ornamental plant.
This is something else as looks different from Melicope denhamii (syn: Euodia ridleyi) The plant is cultivated in one place in Mahe. It is a herb. I felt it is Euodia but could be a different genus altogether. Its correct I’d will be interesting. This plant is Melicope denhamii (Seem.) T.G. Hartley (Rutaceae)
