To me looks different from images at Tetrastigma serrulatum I could not find any other match. I think it should be Tetrastigma rumicispermum with turbinate fruits as per keys at Online flora of Nepal and MNHN specimen. I guess you are correct …! Tetrastigma serrulatum (Roxb.) Planch.. By the way this is definitely not rumicispermum since the sems are not matching. .
