The photos and herbaria show trees in bloom.
The posted plant is in budding condition therefore looks slightly different. Otherwise the inflorescence matches very well. The leaves match very well.

The links you have provided of Herbarium JCB and POWO do not have any illustration of buds, all of the images show inflorescence either in flowering or fruiting. I am not able to judge the shape of the buds in those images.
