Can someone help with this flower ID? Creeper with small yellow flowers.

Date: 26 July 2015.
Location: Chiyana Khud, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand
Altitude: 1,500 m

Apocyanaceae member.

Check for Tylophora species though doubtful.

Pergularia exilis (Colebr.) Spreng. !

Kanjilal lists this from Mothronwala, which is in the Doon Valley. I found this higher up at 1500 m near Devalsari.

“The flowers show it is a member of Heterostemma. I think it is Heterostemma wallichii Wight.”

It is Tylophora exilis Colebr. !

I also feel it is more closer to Tylophora exilis Colebr. as per GBIF specimen (one and two) rather than Heterostemma wallichii Wight as per GBIF specimen (one and two).
