Is not it unique that some nodes have 3 leaves instead of opposite leaves ??

Interestingly, both Flora of China  & Flora of Pakistan are silent about leaf arrangements.

However, the genus link of Flora of Pakistan says, leaves opposite.

It is an Asclepiad but not Cosmostigma racemosum, Any Bidaria sp.?

it is not Gymnema sylvestre!!

I may be wrong but I still think of all ID proposed in this thread this one is closer to T. ovata, Description can be found at FoC (leaf base rounded obtuse or cordate in T. hirsuta Wight, FBI.IV.43). Slender, acuminate poniard shaped follicles is another character.

Sir, I think Tylophora ovata (Lindl.) Hook. ex Steud is a fairly probable id.

May I request you to pl. post high resolution images to check the details.
What are the species reported in your area?

Only Tylophora longifolia was recorded in Mizoram

If the follicles (in this thread) @ efi thread look like the illustrations –

Leaves here look glabrous unlike those in Tylophora ovata

I agree with you. After going through GBIF (from India) images and specimens, I find that there is a lot of variation in the leaves’ pubescence and flowers.

I think matches as per GBIF specimen and FOI images.
