I think matches with Tylophora ovata (Lindl.) Hook. ex Steud. as per synonyms, details and references herein. Thank you …!
However, looks like all names are for the same sp.
Yes. Is not it unique that some nodes have 3 leaves instead of opposite leaves ?? However, the genus link of Flora of Pakistan says, leaves opposite. .

Thanks, …, Do you have close of the flowers etc. ? No sir. I think i can have after 2-5 days Beautiful flowers, I could not help but enhancing one! And this looks like – FOI It is an Asclepiad but not Cosmostigma racemosum, Any Bidaria sp.? http://www.plantillustrations.org/illustration.php?id_illustration=130376
No. Decalepis nervosa is extremely different. it is not Gymnema sylvestre!! I may be wrong but I still think of all ID proposed in this thread this one is closer to T. ovata, Description can be found at FoC (leaf base rounded obtuse or cordate in T. hirsuta Wight, FBI.IV.43). Slender, acuminate poniard shaped follicles is another character. Sir, I think Tylophora ovata (Lindl.) Hook. ex Steud is a fairly probable id. May I request you to pl. post high resolution images to check the details.
Only Tylophora longifolia was recorded in Mizoram If the follicles (in this thread) @ efi thread look like the illustrations – and
@ http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=85951&flora_id=2 I still think there is a fair chance, even if it is not listed in Mizoram flora.
As for distribution one can view KEW map – POWO
Still, I can be wrong altogether.
Leaves here look glabrous unlike those in Tylophora ovata
Those are the exact words, copied from Flora of China.
Also, attached here Flora of British India entry.
and, also the picture shows hair ! – Link
And, also, here is the protologue
But, that doesn.t conclude the id, I merely suggested the possibility!
Vincetoxicum hirsutum (Decne.) Kuntze ? I agree with you. After going through GBIF (from India) images and specimens, I find that there is a lot of variation in the leaves’ pubescence and flowers.
