This small herb was spotted in Baba Budan giri region of Chikmagalur (Karnataka) en-route Village Mahal.

Hypericum japonicum Thunb. of Hypericaceae.
This species was earlier in Clusiaceae, representing lone herb from Karnataka for the Family.

Just a faint guess if it could be closer to Hypericum anagalloides ??

I found it in a wild environment but I am not sure about its nomenclature. It is just my guess that it could be Hypericum anagalloides.

Hypericum species so far in efi.

I could find the id of this one as it is not matching with any species of ‎Hypericum so far in efi. May I request to pl. help for this id.
