I think its Ficus tinctoria Forst. f. ssp. parasitica (Willd.) Corner
easily identified by its rough leaves & unequal leaf base.

Wow, I have special affinity towards Ficus… Never knew about this one. Ficus tinctoria G.Forst. Fl. Ins. Austr. 76. 1786. Attachments (1)

This looks like Ficus parasitica ssp. gibbosa [previously Ficus gibbosa var. parasicita] on possibly a Dalbergia lanceolaria tree. Will send my photographs of this later.

Have a few of these trees on my property at Shahapur including one on my Banyan tree [a Strangler on Strangler]. Sending a few photographs.

Ficus …???
It was attached to a tree.

This should be Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner

It’s looks like but I felt different species. Still not confirmed.

Could it be Ficus tinctoria subsp. parasitica G. Forst. since it was parasitic to another tree and Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner is not listed in Nepal.

http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=242322517

This is Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner
The species has already been documented from Nepal and is one of the
reported Ficus species out of 36 species.
Whereas, Ficus tinctoria subsp. parasitica G. Forst. is synonymous to F. tinctoria sub. gibbosa (Blume) Corner.

ID Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner is final ?

Ficus tinctoria G.Forst, epiphytic tree, associated with F. benghalensis found near Royakotta, Krishnagiri dt Tamilnadu

Very good collection.

Would like to learn more during Moraceae fortnight. Eagerly waiting for its turn before smaller family fortnights……

This species is not listed in Synopsis of the Genus Ficus L. (Moraceae) in India Lal Babu Chaudhary*, Jana Venkata Sudhakar, Anoop Kumar, Omesh Bajpai, Rinkey Tiwari and G. V. S. Murthy-   Taiwania, 57(2): 193-216, 2012
I feel these appear close to images at Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa, which is listed for India.

Yes I agree with you, I have also collected ficus tinctoria

Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner (= Ficus gibbosa Blume)

Photographs are identified as Ficus tinctoria ssp. gibbosa

This is Ficus tinctoriasubsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner, a most common Fig shrub found on F. benghalensis.

.

Ficus tinctoria in FOI may be of Ficus tinctoria subsp. gibbosa (Blume) Corner as this subspecies only is listed for India in latest publication under Synopsis of the Genus Ficus L. (Moraceae) in India Lal Babu Chaudhary*, Jana Venkata Sudhakar, Anoop Kumar, Omesh Bajpai, Rinkey Tiwari and G. V. S. Murthy in Taiwania, 57(2): 193-216, 2012.

This looks like Ficus parasitica ssp. gibbosa. My photographs of this are available at this link
