efi page on Pedicularis pyramidata To me appears close to images at Pedicularis pectinata Wall. ex Benth. I agree with you.
Habitat: sloping meadow
Habit: small herb, about 20 – 30 cm high; flower about 1 – 1.5 cm across (not sure) Can’t be any of the two as leaves are whorled. Closer to P. pectinata but flowers slightly darker, calyx tube inflated, basal portion of galea shorter, I would go with P. pyramidata. Colour and texture of calyx in flowersofindia seem to differ from what is posted here. Please validate / reconsider the ID. I think close to images at Pedicularis pectinata Wall. ex Benth. PM-02082021-id requested from Pangi valley, HP:

Looks different from images at Pedicularis gracilis Wall. ex Benth. It appears close to images at Pedicularis pectinata Wall. ex Benth. We also got this from same area. Working on it. Second option is better. Agree with you … .

Although it looks like P. pectinata, but we cannot rule out P. jainii also. Please check I pursued type specimens in POWO and GBIF, but I am confused.
Pedicularis pyramidata Royle ex Benth. syn. Pedicularis jainii Aswal & Mehrotra: https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/574727815 I guess it is not matching with Pedicularis pyramidata Royle ex Benth. and did not find the distribution for Nepal .
