Yes to me also appears close to … images at Lysimachia foenum-graecum & as per FOC illustration

Is it cultivated or an escapee ?
Lysimachia foenum-graecum is not listed in Nepal.

Could it be Lysimachia laxa Baudo ?? 
Does not matches with Lysimachia laxa as per specimen at

I think back to Lysimachia alternifolia Wall.

Seeds from same plant !

I think shape of the petals look different here. 

But fruit / seed belong to the same plant.

Does other aspects match ?

I have enclosed all possible links which I guess is matching to my knowledge. 
Sepals look much bigger in comparison to petals in the illustration.
Tough one! Give up!!

Same plant on 24 July 2018.

Length of this particular plant was 105+15=120 cm.
Looking at the leaf pattern, pedicle, solitary flower, petal
sepal size, fruit I guess it is matching more close to 
L. evalvis.

Looking like a member of Solanaceae, most probably Solanum sp.

If my identification is correct, this herb which was shot from Pelling in Sikkim (May 2014) should be ..
Lysimachia foenum-graecum..
This is still not represented on efI as well as FOI..

Your identification is correct. However the leaf being coriaceous may kindly be checked

The stated species has no distribution in India or nearby Sikkim as per Flora of China 
I think it is more closer to images and details at Lysimachia evalvis
