This may be Scurrula cordifolia. efi page on Scurrula cordifolia Earlier I thought it has some characters relevant to S. parasitica L. But … has much much more experience and records of all family members, including loranthaceae. I have learned many many species from two volumes of … book. In the instant case the leaves are brown-tomentose rather than white-tomentose as in S.cordifolia (TSP21OCT2015-1)…. My impression is it is Scurrula parasitica which is also referred to as Scurrula buddleiodes as per Digital Flora of Karnataka pages…!!! Fwd: SK2MAR5-2016:ID : 4 posts by 2 authors.

I guess it is more matching to Scurrula elata (Edgew.) Danser.
Validation of ID ? Two posts appears to be different.
Flora of China gives the following keys:
As per Flora of China, it should be Scurrula:
But it is the same plant …!
Yes, images at Scurrula elata (Edgew.) Danser is also creating a doubt in my mind.
First plant may be showing immature fruit, while 2nd one may be showing mature fruits.
So, if they are same it should be Scurrula parasitica L.
mistletoes can havre differences in forms not only in mature vs young/juvenile plants, also seasons….
