Most pics on www for GYNURA BICOLOR show a 2 tone green and purple leaf. But on this site it does not get mentioned.

Going by the keys furnished by you and specimens from India in GBIF, I think your species looks to be G. nepalensis as per GBIF– specimen and as per species found in Nepal and Mizoram (keys here) and as per keys  of these species in Flora of China and FoC illustration. Also looks different from GBIF specimens of  G.auriculata and Gynura bicolor as per GBIF– specimen 1
