very nice. did you get macro shots of the flowers?

Thank you … No, I didn’t. I actually do not own a macro lens. But this was across a forest fence and I couldn’t reach any closer. But I will get it soon.

Here is one close up from today.

thanks … that’s a nice close up. an insect crawling i see. a beetle may be. just a guess.

Some more close ups of the flowers I did yesterday showing the white anthers emerging from the pink pouches.
4 images.

Excellent shots

I found a plant developing seedpods today and took a couple of photos. I will keep watching a do more detailed photos soon. 2 images.

Thank you … I will keep you posted when I get to photograph the mature fruits.

Melastomataceae ??
Sharing some pictures for identification validation shot at Kakani, Nepal on 28 July 2016 at 6000 ft.

Or Urticaceae ?

Pilea umbrosa or Pilea melastomoides ??

Pilea species in eFloraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ Biotik/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available on net)
efi pages on Pilea melastomoides & Pilea bracteosa

efi page on Pilea umbrosa

Could also be Pilea scripta! P. umbrosa has wider hairier leaves.

Thanks, … I think matches with your images at Pilea scripta ABJUN01/07

I guess this is the same plant from other location at Nagarkot on 13 August 2016 at 7000 ft. Attachments (6)

Pilea scripta showing yellowish flowers in google and FoI  and leaves looks little different.

Pl. Give links

In your last image, colour of the flowers (immature?) appear to be yellowish.
As per keys at Flora of Pakistan (where no colour of the flowers is mentioned. also no colour mentioned in Flora of China), it should be Pilea scripta.

Does not look like Pilea scripta (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) Wedd., does it ?

Please check Pilea melastomoides

Urticaceae family member.
Monochlamydeae
Dicotyledons
Angiosperms
Plantae

Looks close but need further validation I guess.
Please copy to efi and … for coordination

I do not think matches with details at Pilea melastomoides
I think it should be Pilea scripta as per images and details herein and as per keys at Flora of Pakistan

I agree with the identification of Pilea scripta.
