While others that are discussing with relation to your earlier thread, I said it could be a Murdannia dimorpha. Why because I am very familiar to these species, it is having lax thyrses as compare to M. spirata. But I was not sure that time, need to see the seeds and other characters. Yes, it is Murdannia spirata subsp. neglecta. However, I have found this listing only in IPNI and WP, and it is not listed in Nepal also.
In WP it is given as syn. of Murdannia spirata (L.) G.Brückn.; Nat. Pflanzenfam. [Engler & Prantl] Aufl. 2, 15a: 173 (1930) subsp. spirata
Could it be a new subsp. for Nepal ?
