  Aquatic plant from Chennai -4: Location : A polluted water body in Chennai Date : 17-03-2011 I guess it is Nitella sps. (The photo is not very clear) Possibly Utricularia sp. There is one angiosperm similar to Nitella sp. please check for that. It may be Chara (algae).   . References: Wikipedia
