Plant 30-45cm tall.Pseudobulbs ovoid cylindric to conical, sheathed at base, 12-15 x 0.5-2cm; sheaths broadly ovate, obtuse membranous, becoming fibrous, 7-9cm long.Leaves 2 lanceolate, acute yellow green above, pale beneath, 15-40 x 1.8-7cm; petiole 3.5-6.5cm long.Inflorescence proteranthous or hysteranthous, 6-12 flowered; peduncle sheathed, 15-25cm long; sheaths broad, overlapping 2.5-3cm long; raceme 7-15cm long; floral bracts broadly ovate to suborbicular, obtuse thinly membranous, persistent, 1.5-4 x 0.7-1.4cm. Flowers 4-4.5cm long, white keels yellow pedicel and ovary short, 6-9mm long.Sepals and petals similar, oblong linear, acute united and saccate at base, 3.5-5 x 0.3-0.5cm long. Lip 3 lobed, funnel shaped, 3.5-4 x 1.5cm; lateral lobes large, rounded narrow, c 3cm long mid lobe with apical cleft, margins denticulate, c 1cm long; disc with 2-5 wavy keels Column curved clavate, c 4cm long.Fruit ellipsoid, c 3 x 1.4cm.

Ok this should be Neogyna gardneriana. Not so commonly seen.
