I think difficult to id with this image only without any morphological details.

Boraginaceae member could be Ehretia or Cordia,
Resembles Ehretia acuminata,

Looks different from images at Ehretia acuminata

Seems to Cordia dichotoma

I have doubts as per images at Cordia dichotoma
