https://commons.wikimedia.org/Category:Astragalus_agrestis? ILDIS does not gives its distribution in India: As to the suggestion of A.agrestis – this species is not recorded for Ladakh, indeed Stewart (an American) does not list it within his ‘Annotated Catalogue’ covering Pakistan & Kashmir – I am sure he would have mentioned it as this is a native of N.America (and E.Asia, whatever that means). Could it be Astragalus zacharensis Bunge ?? https://www.gbif.org/species/5633405

Astragalus is the largest genus in angiosperm. It is difficult to identify the species with photographs. However, it seems your plants belong to Astragalus strictus Grah. ex Benth. |
