Astragalus agrestis ???

So may be some other species.

As to the suggestion of A.agrestis – this species is not recorded for Ladakh, indeed Stewart (an American) does not list it within his ‘Annotated Catalogue’ covering Pakistan & Kashmir – I am sure he would have mentioned it as this is a native of N.America (and E.Asia, whatever that means).
So we can eliminate this possibility.  Will slowly work on it – need to check it is an Astragalus, rather than an Oxytropis?”

Thanks for your mail. Astragalus is the largest genus in angiosperm. It is difficult to identify the species with photographs.  However, it seems your plants  belong to Astragalus strictus Grah. ex Benth.
