IUCN Red List Species of Flowering Plants of India and Represented in Efloraofindia (eFI):
IUCN data (IUCN Red List of Threatened Species 2017-1) indicates that 1314 species were assessed for threat status in India and 6 are Extinct (Ex), 2 Extinct in Wild (EW), 75 Critically Endangered (CR), 161 Endangered (EN), 131 Vulnerable (VU), 41 Near Threatened (NT), 1 Lower Risk/ Conservation Dependent (LR/cd), 64 Data Deficient (DD), and rest are at Lower Risk or Least Concern (LR or LC/lc).
